Roamify is your narrated tour companion. This page explains the data we keep to plan routes and narration, and the controls you have as a creator.

What we collect

Roamify stores the content you create — tours, stops, generated narration text, and uploaded media — so that you can edit, publish, and share it. Basic account information (your email address, display name, and chosen handle) is required to authenticate you and render your public profile.

How we use it

Content is processed to plan routes, render audio, and power analytics dashboards. Aggregated metrics help the product stay reliable; individual events are pruned after 90 days. We do not sell creator data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your controls

Download a JSON export of your tours at any time from the account page. You can also request full deletion — this queues an automated job that removes tours, narrations, analytics, referrals, and associated media within minutes. After deletion completes, cached public links return an error.
