Roamify helps you design and share narrated walking tours. These are the ground rules for using our planning tools and hosting platform.

Using Roamify

Roamify is a creator tool for planning narrated walking tours. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with local laws when you capture or share media. Do not upload material that infringes on others’ rights or violates our moderation rules.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the tours, stops, and audio you create. By using Roamify you grant us permission to store and process that content solely to deliver the product’s features. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage metrics to improve reliability and plan capacity.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans unlock higher daily limits and watermark-free embeds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails we may downgrade the account to the free plan after a grace period.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse, fraud, or security issues. Moderation tools allow creators to report problematic public tours so the team can review them quickly.
